Rules and Regulations:

Closing date: Contest closes December 1 2018.

Submissions: The above form must be accurately completed and received by Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC. A photo completed gun must accompany each entry. Only one submission per purchased gun stock.  Submission may be mailed to:

Random Yearly Draw: One entries will be randomly drawn on or about January 10, 2018. Winner will be announced on or about January 10, 2018.

Prize: Gun Stock awarded will be a Honeysuckle premium grade Sugar Maple gun stock of the same size as submission.  i.e. If Full-Stock was submitted, Full Size Stock will be awarded, if Half Stock was submitted, a Half Stock will be awarded, and so on.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Contacting the Selected Contestant: Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the selected contestant by email and phone using the information provided within 5 business days of the draw date. If the contestant cannot be contacted (i.e. does not reply to the email) within 10 business days of the draw date, then he/she may be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the prize. Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC reserves the right to randomly select an alternative contestant from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Delivery: Prize will be delivered in by mail and will arrive around four (4) to six (6) weeks following draw.

Termination of Contest: Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC reserves the right to void any entry and/or withdraw, suspend, amend or terminate this contest in any way and at any time without any prior notice.

Publication of winner: Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC reserves the right to publish the winners first, last, company name, and photo provided in various internal and external communications, including but not limited to Honeysuckle Woodworks and Farms, LLC website, Catalogs, social media, etc.  Photos of Gun submitted may also be used on Honeysuckle Woodworks website along with the contestants first last and company name.
